The ‘Ascent’ Residence offers a great balance between indoor and outdoor living. By offering different types and quality of outdoor spaces, people can move or migrate during the day and evening and even throughout the seasons. Wind sheltered sunny courtyard allows for sitting and dining outside, even in the wintertime where the main deck is perfect for the midsummer evenings. Dining happens in the private outdoor dining space of the dining room. People in this house are together but can be apart as much as they like.
