Project Overview
For a broadband entrepreneur we took an existing, nondescript office building that was build in the 80’s and gutted& rebuild the inside…. The existing building was a cacophony of small, cut up spaces with no curb appeal or relationship between the 2 levels.
Designed on a very tight budget, we were able to connect the two levels by cutting a hole in the upper floor and by opening up the ceilings we created large open spaces, separated by pockets of creative collaboration.
