Project Overview
Single family Residence on a large, 30,000 sf lot at the intersection between the city of Boulder and the foothills. This residence was carefully planned between flood plain(s), subdivision agreement w/ view corridors and placed in such a way to allow privacy for the owner. Together with Cunningham Farms, llc we designed a “speculative” project that would appeal to a larger audience in Boulder. The residence has privacy, adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms and a number or spaces ( indoor + outdoor ) where people can gather and enjoy each others company.
