Project Overview

Located off Sugarloaf Road on a 2+ acre lot we designed and contracted an elegant, simple and pragmatic residence suitable for a family with 3-5 kids. having the extra room above the garage allows for separation from the main house, an exquisite home office or can be used as guest apartment or ADU. The residence is constructed out of Structurally insulated Panels that have exceptional insulation values and can be erected quicker and with less people than a typical framing crew.
