Project Overview
This residence was build on a deep and relative narrow lot where most existing homes have garages upfront and won’t utilize the front yard. Our design maximized use of the front and back of the lot and creates numerous, intimate outdoor spaces where family and friends can meet and enjoy the house almost year around. The basement is designed to function as an ADU ( future ) or MIL suite with a separate entry and bathroom. The residence was designed to appeal to a large number of potential clients with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. A large kitchen and family room allows for internal gatherings of large groups where as the living room creates a more private, intimate settings for smaller gatherings.
